Refund policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
This policy explains our approach to returns and refunds for products purchased from Ardyn Project. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All our products are digital
Every product we sell — the Filmmakers Career Guide (in all tiers), Companion Tools Packages, Custom LUT packs, the Ardyn Project Claude Skill, and The Monthly Drop — is delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped, and there is no physical item to return.
Our general policy: no refunds once delivered
By default, we do not offer refunds once a digital product has been downloaded or otherwise made available to you.
This applies regardless of whether you've opened, read, or used the file. Because digital content can be copied and kept indefinitely, we're not able to offer a "try before you keep it" refund model the way a physical retailer might.
By completing your order at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service — including your consent to immediate digital delivery, and your acknowledgement that you are waiving your usual 14-day right to cancel once that delivery begins.
The only exceptions
We will provide a refund, replacement, or fix in the following situations, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Non-delivery — you paid, but never received your product due to a technical or delivery error on our end.
- Faulty file — the file you received is genuinely corrupted, incomplete, or won't open.
- Not as described — what you received is materially different from what was advertised on the product page.
If any of these apply, email us at ardynproject@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll first try to fix it (for example, resending a working file); if that's not possible, we'll issue a refund.
What doesn't qualify for a refund
To be clear, the following are not covered and won't be refunded:
- Changing your mind after downloading a product.
- Not achieving a specific result (view count, funding, festival selection, income, or otherwise) — see the "No guaranteed results" section of our Terms of Service.
- Buying the wrong tier by mistake and wanting to switch after download — contact us before downloading if you're unsure which tier is right for you, and we're happy to advise.
- Dissatisfaction with content that matches its published description.
The Monthly Drop subscription
Each month's content is delivered digitally and is non-refundable once sent, for the same reasons as above. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing — see our Terms of Service for how cancellation timing works.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where this policy and the law differ, your legal rights take priority.
How to request a refund
If you believe your situation falls under one of the exceptions above:
- Email ardynproject@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
- We'll respond and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
